The Cable Cobra is an innovative coiled protective cable jacket. Its simple design effectively eliminates problems with cables
that are underfoot, rolled over, tripped over, or otherwise in the way.
Once installed, the Cable Cobra transfers its spring like elasticity to a cable. This allows a mobile cable to extend and retract.
When properly installed the 3 coil design lifts draped cables by as much as 11 inches without significantly reducing their working length.
The Cable Cobra can also be used to retract static cables away from floors, counters, and other surfaces. This helps keep cables
organized and distant from contaminants and hazards.
Conventional cable jackets or looms simply provide additional covering. The Cable Cobra provides a layer of covering and keeps cables
out of harms way. It is particularly useful in protecting the expensive probe and sensor cables attached to mobile devices like rolling
diagnostic and testing equipment.
To install a Cable Cobra, simply insert a cable into its coiled covering through a slit in the sidewall. It is easily installed or
removed and can be placed anywhere along the length of the cable.
